Front hood with water filtration MCC HYDRO

The Front Hood of our ange MCC HYDRO with all its versions represents a valid response to all the companies that produce this type of product. It is entirely mode in thick galvanised steel plate while the water collection tank and the front water cascade are mode of AISI 304 steel. It is equipped with a filtration technology that operates as following:

• The frontal water cascade washes the dust that is not immediately extracted by the air flow and then is suitably precipitated in the underlying collection tank.
• A series of highly efficient spray nozzles determine the washing of the extracted dust air flow. – PVC plan filters retain the residual dust.
• PVC plan filters retain the residual dust.
• PVC droplet separators stop the moisture produced by the water.

The metal panel that forms the waterfall can be easily removed to allow easy access to:

• Spray nozzles
• Water recirculation pump
• PVC filters
• Water collection tank
