Kiln drying stone processing Ceragioli Carlo C. presents its new outstanding system for handling and drying marble and stone slabs, strips and tiles; the “IR FAST DRYER CC” models. This kiln was developed on a long lasting experience of working with the marble and stone industry. All the models of our “IR FAST DRYERS CC” are equipped with unique twin tubes infra red heaters. These twin tubes infra red heaters were studied and developed together with Victory Lighting UK, they emit infra red rays at double the frequency, the rays are short wave and go at a medium speed. This type of requency guarantees a penetration of about 3 cm deep, and therefore it assures an overall desiccation of the material. The IR twin tubes don’t request any special maintenance (only an occasional cleaning from the dust) and will last for 10.000 hours. Ceragioli Carlo C. was the first to present a drying tunnel with infrared short wave rays and is proud to be the first again with this innovative new technology: the twin tube system.
